About The Position

Forklift Operators are responsible for the picking and staging of the Yogurt area. They are expected to work efficiently and with other partners to get the correct product ready for the day's run. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding. The operator will utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for various tasks including unit receiving, order picking, shipping, put away, and managing moves/adjustments. Additionally, the role involves performing process checks (CP, CCP, QP, CQP), following reaction plans for deviations in food safety, quality, and customer requirements, identifying and understanding customer needs, and accurately recording data on production reports.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate in English (be able to write, read, speak and understand)

  • Basic Math
  • Hard Working – Willingness to do what need to be done in a timely manner

  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs
  • Requires repetitive lifting and bending
  • Must be able to go up & down stairs
  • Must be able to go up & down ladders
  • Must be able to operate a forklift safely
  • Standing – 6 Hour Minimum
  • Bending – 3 Hour Minimum
  • Sitting – 12 Hours Minimum
  • Walking – 3 Hour Minimum
  • Must have authorization to work in the country in which the role is based

  • Follow reaction plans for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement deviations
  • Identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper production operation
  • Demonstrate identity of product and record accurate data on production reports
