About The Position
This role is responsible for performing various tasks to support the operation of a plant, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations to maximize production and minimize downtime. The position involves manual labor, equipment operation, and maintenance tasks in an outdoor environment with exposure to various weather conditions and noise levels.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Some experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follow all company safety policies, and TCEQ environmental/OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform daily maintenance inspections of the plant and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and monitor the site for safety or maintenance issues.
- Perform lifting, pulling, carrying, and other manual labor tasks to operate equipment for crushing concrete and removing rebar and debris.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on plant equipment, including screen changes, conveyor belt repair, wear parts replacement, crusher liner changes, and water pump service.
- Assist with plant operations, including cleaning, washing, sweeping, and shoveling materials.
- Ensure misters are operable to minimize dust levels.
- Cross-train and perform other job functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
