About The Position

EVCO Plastics is hiring a full-time, onsite Plant Process Engineer to improve manufacturing processes and production efficiency in a plastics manufacturing environment. The engineer will evaluate and optimize processes, work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires plastic injection molding experience and involves troubleshooting production equipment, analyzing data, reporting performance, and training team members.

Requirements

At least 3 years of plastic injection molding experience.
Proficiency with engineering software and tools, including data analysis programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Understanding of quality control measures and industry standards.
Adaptability and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with CAD software for designing and modifying tooling.

Responsibilities
