About The Position

This internship focuses on supporting the objectives of quality, time, and cost through assigned projects for a limited duration. The intern will further develop engineering skills and gain exposure to Pella Corporation’s functional teams. The role involves applying developing engineering skills to conventional tasks, gaining exposure to Pella's engineering technologies within the fenestration industry, and learning to apply engineering tools to deliver business results. Assignments will have clear, specific objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Math, or relevant Science.
• Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimal, but required travel.
• Must follow safe operating procedures when exposed to machinery.
• Must be able to occasionally lift materials up to 30 lbs.

• Previous Co-op experience preferred for full-time employment.
• Previous Co-op experience preferred.
