About The Position

Operate and support crushing plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production of high-quality materials. This role is responsible for monitoring plant performance, completing inspections, and supporting overall plant operations in a team environment.

Requirements

Knowledge of Crushing plant operations and equipment.
Knowledge of MSHA regulations and safe work practices.
Knowledge of Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Computer systems used for plant operations and production tracking.
Ability to Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently.
Ability to Follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to Monitor and adjust operations to maintain production quality and efficiency.
Ability to Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
Ability to Adapt to changing work conditions and operational needs.
Ability to work safely in a production environment.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to follow directions and perform assigned tasks.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of aggregate or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate crushing plant equipment to support safe and efficient production.
Assist with operation of primary and secondary crushing systems as needed.
Perform pre- and post-shift inspections of plant equipment.
Monitor plant operations to maintain production levels and quality standards.
Track production data and complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow all safety procedures and comply with applicable regulations, including MSHA requirements.
Communicate effectively with team members to support plant operations.
Maintain plant equipment and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
Perform general labor tasks as needed to support plant operations.
Work extended and non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
Exercise proper care and maintenance of company equipment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
