Plant Operator (Nights)
About The Position
Join Source Energy Services as a Plant Operator on the night shift and play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently. This is a high-paying, stable role with real advancement opportunities. You will operate and monitor plant processing systems to maximize efficiency and uptime, perform inspections, troubleshoot operational issues, monitor product quality, and complete daily reports. You will also collect and test product samples, maintain clean and safe work areas, operate various equipment, support basic maintenance, and cross-train in multiple plant functions.

Nice To Haves
- Previous plant or production experience
- Experience in mining, frac sand, or industrial operations
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant processing systems to maximize efficiency and uptime
- Perform inspections and troubleshoot operational issues
- Monitor product quality and adjust systems as needed
- Complete daily production and inspection reports
- Collect and test product samples for quality control
- Maintain clean and safe work areas (spillage cleanup, washdowns, housekeeping)
- Operate equipment (skid steer, telehandler, loader, man lift, etc.)
- Support basic maintenance and assist with special projects
- Cross-train in multiple plant functions
