About The Position

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Plant Operator to join their team. This role involves managing wastewater and material processing, ensuring the space for incoming materials, and performing cleanup. The operator will be responsible for checking tank levels, adhering to all safety and compliance regulations, and wearing appropriate safety equipment. Duties include operating and maintaining shop equipment, performing preventative maintenance, operating heavy equipment like forklifts and skid steers, and potentially performing minor electrical maintenance. The role also requires cleaning and maintaining process equipment.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of experience as a Plant Operator with the maintenance of water pumps and plant machinery.
• Laboratory experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Manages the space for incoming wastewater and treatment of the material.
• Performs cleanup of the area as required.
• Checks tank levels for necessary space for material processing.
• Follows all safety and compliance rules and regulations.
• Wears and properly uses safety equipment at all times.
• Always works in a safe and compliant manner.
• Operates and maintains shop equipment.
• May perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Operates heavy equipment including forklift truck and skid steer.
• May perform minor electrical maintenance functions.
• Cleans and maintains process equipment.
