About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous production Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to support reliable operations Adjust controls and settings to optimize product quality and throughput Follow safety, environmental, and operational procedures at all times Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate work and resolve issues

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate industrial or plant equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
  • Mechanical aptitude with the capability to troubleshoot basic issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow standard operating procedures
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
