Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Highly dependable, ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years prior experience in the aggregate industry preferred.
- Experience in aggregate plant operation and maintenance a plus.
- Prior experience operating mobile equipment (haul truck, skid steer, etc.) and machinery a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of stone processing plants, including start‑up, shut‑down, and overall plant operation.
- Inspect, monitor, and operate conveyors, screens, and crushers; identify and report operating issues and oversized stone.
- Perform routine maintenance, including minor repairs, adjustments, inspections, and lubrication of plant equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety by performing general cleanup around the plant and equipment areas.
- Complete additional miscellaneous duties as assigned to support plant operations.
