About The Position

Source Energy Services is seeking a Plant Operator for a night shift role in Blair, WI. This position plays a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently. The role offers a stable, high-paying night shift with opportunities for advancement. The company is a growing, dynamic, and evolving company in the energy industry, specializing in the integrated production and distribution of high-quality frac sand and other bulk oil and gas well completion materials. They provide a full end-to-end solution for frac sand, supported by mines, processing facilities, a terminal network, last-mile logistics, and a proprietary well site mobile sand storage and handling system. This role is a full-time, stable position with hands-on training and skill development.

Nice To Haves

• Previous plant or production experience
• Experience in mining, frac sand, or industrial operations
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant processing systems to maximize efficiency and uptime
• Perform inspections and troubleshoot operational issues
• Monitor product quality and adjust systems as needed
• Complete daily production and inspection reports
• Collect and test product samples for quality control
• Maintain clean and safe work areas (spillage cleanup, washdowns, housekeeping)
• Operate equipment (skid steer, telehandler, loader, man lift, etc.)
• Support basic maintenance and assist with special projects
• Cross-train in multiple plant functions
