About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This position operates and monitors plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production. It involves performing routine inspections and basic maintenance, adjusting controls and processes to meet quality and production targets, and following safety procedures. Collaboration with team members to optimize plant performance and troubleshoot challenges is also a key aspect of the role. Requirements

Demonstrated ability to safely operate or learn to operate industrial or plant equipment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and operational accuracy
Effective problem solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment
Commitment to safety standards and procedures in all aspects of work
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
