About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role operates and monitors plant equipment to maintain safe, efficient production. It involves performing routine inspections, making operational adjustments, identifying and reporting issues, and supporting housekeeping and material handling. The position requires adherence to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to safely operate industrial equipment and follow procedures
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capability
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work varying schedules as operational needs require
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to maintain safe, efficient production
• Perform routine inspections and make operational adjustments as needed
• Identify and report equipment or process issues promptly
• Support housekeeping and material handling activities across the plant
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
