About The Position
Berger is looking for a Plant Operator at our Hadashville location. In this versatile role, you’ll provide operational support across the site, helping wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.
Requirements
- You are punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude
- Flexible to change tasks quickly throughout the day
- Committed to following workplace health and safety guidelines
- Available to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
Nice To Haves
- Experience in driving a forklift, tractor, or a loader is an asset
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, or outdoor work environments
Responsibilities
- Provide coverage and support for various positions throughout the plant
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading trucks
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with company safety standards and procedures
- Support production needs and contribute to overall site productivity
- Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as required
