About The Position

Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable production. Perform routine inspections and identify equipment or process issues before they impact operations. Adjust equipment settings and controls to optimize production quality and performance. Maintain accurate operating records and communicate production updates with team members. Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn plant processes and systems.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and adapt to changing production needs.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer drug/alcohol screen and background check.
