• Ability to operate and maintain industrial equipment with attention to detail

• Mechanical aptitude and the capability to learn new systems and processes
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment and systems safely and efficiently to meet production targets
• Monitor and adjust control settings to maintain product quality
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure optimal workflow
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in site safety initiatives
