We’re hiring an Entry-Level Plant Operator to support operations at an active quarry site. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the mining and aggregates industry.
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply — training provided
- Previous experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, construction, or similar environments preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
- Strong awareness of safety protocols
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented with good communication
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to work in a loud, industrial environment
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to support production
- Perform routine inspections and assist with basic maintenance tasks
- Track and record production data
- Identify and report equipment issues to maintenance or supervisors
- Support safe and efficient material handling and processing
