About The Position

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Plant Operator for their wastewater treatment facility. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $22 to $24 per hour, offering potential annual compensation of $70,000 to $90,000 with overtime. The plant operates 24 hours a day with three distinct shifts, and flexibility in scheduling is ideal. The role involves managing wastewater intake and treatment, maintaining the facility, operating heavy equipment, and adhering to strict safety and compliance standards. Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of experience as a Plant Operator with the maintenance of water pumps and plant machinery (Preferred).
• Laboratory experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Manages the space for incoming wastewater and treatment of the material.
• Performs cleanup of the area as required.
• Checks tank levels for necessary space for material processing.
• Follows all safety and compliance rules and regulations.
• Wears and properly uses safety equipment at all times.
• Always works in a safe and compliant manner.
• Operates and maintains shop equipment.
• May perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Operates heavy equipment including forklift truck and skid steer.
• May perform minor electrical maintenance functions.
• Cleans and maintains process equipment.
