About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role operates and monitors plant equipment to ensure efficient production processes, inspects systems and materials to maintain product quality and consistency, performs routine maintenance, and adjusts controls and settings to optimize plant performance. The position requires following safety procedures and supporting a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

Ability to safely operate and monitor industrial plant equipment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and performance
Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting capability
Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production processes
Inspect systems and materials to maintain product quality and consistency
Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly
Adjust controls and settings to optimize plant performance
Follow safety procedures and support a culture of operational excellence

Benefits

$22.00 to $28.75 per hour
