About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, safety-minded Plant Operations Specialist to join our Niagara Falls team. This is a cross-functional position designed for someone who enjoys staying active, learning new equipment and processes, and contributing wherever the operation needs support. This position is a good fit for someone who doesn't want to be stuck doing the exact same task every day. You'll gain hands-on experience across several areas of plant operations while developing a broader understanding of how products move from receipt and production through packaging and shipment.
