About The Position

We have an amazing opportunity for a Plant Operations Assistant / Purchasing Analyst to support our growing operations team. This position plays a vital role in managing project documentation, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring seamless processes related to funding, purchasing, and project tracking.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational ability
• Highly proficient in Excel and Word
• Understands budgets, general ledger (GL) coding, and basic accounting
• Can juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Keep project documents organized and ready for external review upon request.
• Prepare documentation for funding, respond to inquiries, and gather additional information as needed.
• Work closely with purchasing, accounts receivable, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met.
