Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
A love for working outdoors in all weather conditions—heat, cold, or anything in between!
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and visually appealing nursery.
A friendly and approachable demeanor to provide excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of plants and gardening (a big plus!).

Responsibilities

Overseeing daily nursery operations, including stock management, merchandising, and maintaining organized displays to attract customers and promote sales.
Keeping plants healthy and vibrant by organizing, watering, and caring for stock.
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date signage for weekly sales and marketing.
Assisting customers by providing expert advice on plant care and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
