Banner Gateway Medical Center is a growing, state-of-the-art facility with 286 private patient rooms, nine operating suites, and a 43-room Emergency Department. Our Facilities Operations team plays a vital role in keeping the hospital and off-site clinics running smoothly by maintaining building systems, HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, lighting, pneumatic tube systems, and more—helping our clinical teams provide exceptional patient care every day. As a Plant Mechanic, you’ll keep critical facility systems running smoothly by operating and maintaining boilers, chillers, generators, and water systems. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, respond to service and emergency calls, maintain operational logs, and support safety and facility operations. This hands-on role also includes general maintenance tasks like painting, inventory support, and occasional customer interaction. Schedule: 3PM to 1130PM working 4/10's Monday through Thursday with rotating weekend coverage. Your pay and benefits are important components of your journey at Banner Health.
