About The Position

As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by leveling the activity of the plant production floor, at the minimum stock level possible. You will be accountable for communicating with the customers, establishing and monitoring the master production schedule, preparing and implementing the sales and operations planning, managing the pool and safety stocks levels, and following up the delivery performance. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the resources and processes, and to anticipate and resolve any issues related to engineering changes or mix changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Experience in production in an industrial environment.
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required).
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Delivery performance: customer MPM, Customer Backlog.
  • Alerts follow up: # or alerts raised, resolution effectiveness, time to solve.
  • Cost effectiveness: Premium freight cost to customer linked to non-proper PDP decisions.
