Requirements

Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar field
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and able to learn Lott Oil Company ERP system
Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
Must have strong detail orientation and high accuracy level
A strong work ethic and high level of integrity
Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy
Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 75 pounds
Great verbal and written communication

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of dispatch experience preferred
Knowledge of operating a forklift

Responsibilities

Plan schedules and dispatch drivers, monitor routes, and proactively plan to avoid delays or interruptions
Helping keep an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse
Answering calls, monitor emails, troubleshoot shipment issues, compile drivers' paperwork, and ensure our customers are serviced in a timely manner
Coordinate with customers and drivers for timely pick-ups and deliveries
Receiving and cataloging merchandise for delivery or return
Collect products from the warehouse and safely loading onto trucks and vice versa
Guarantee both fuel and nonfuel deliveries are being dispatched as efficiently as possible.
Develop and inspire the safest culture possible throughout the facility. Work with safety department to make sure all employee trainings are completed timely.
Guarantee product integrity is a continued focus.
