About The Position
The Plant Manager will be based in our Thomaston, GA manufacturing plant and will be responsible for managing all plant operations. This role involves leading and training team leads, motivating employees, scheduling production to meet demand, troubleshooting chemical, electrical, and mechanical issues, and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations. The Plant Manager will also be involved in formula development with chemists, achieving required plant specifications and output, and maximizing plant production rates.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Chemical engineering degree preferred. Mechanical or manufacturing engineering degree would suffice with strong experience in chemical manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Manage all operations of the plant.
