As a Plant Manager, you are responsible for leading overall plant performance with a strong focus on safety, cost, quality, and delivery outcomes. This leader will drive operational discipline in a unionized manufacturing environment while improving a critical safety culture and addressing cost pressures. The role requires a visible, people-first leader who can motivate teams and optimize plant performance through Lean practices.
