Your potential is our inspiration. As Plant Manager, you will provide leadership for local operations and align the site with IFF’s global operations strategy. You will guide performance across safety, people, quality, delivery, inventory, cost, productivity and production output while building organizational capability for the future.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant technical field
  • At least 10 years of experience in an industrial or chemical-process environment
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience as a member of a site’s senior leadership team
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, collaborate across functions and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to understand manufacturing technology quickly and lead or support operational and organizational change
  • Experience leading cultural or business transformation and developing effective, engaged teams
  • Ability to set priorities, provide clear direction and influence outcomes across a broader organization
  • Demonstrated commitment to advancing company values and building a culture of accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement
  • Data-informed and action-oriented approach, with the ability to make timely decisions and maintain focus on business and customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Lead site operations and establish clear priorities aligned with IFF’s vision, values, strategies and business objectives
  • Drive performance across safety, people, quality, delivery, inventory, cost, productivity and production output
  • Champion a culture of safety and sustainability, with a strong commitment to preventing incidents and continuously improving site performance
  • Build an engaged, accountable and capable organization while maintaining a constructive relationship with the Union
  • Lead organizational and cultural change, encourage continuous improvement and strengthen problem-solving capabilities at every level
  • Deliver reliable customer service and supply performance through effective maintenance, capacity improvement, manufacturing-plan execution and communication
  • Achieve financial objectives related to cost, productivity, yield, working capital and inventory
  • Define the site’s future direction, assess its competitiveness and collaborate effectively with business, functional and manufacturing network leaders
  • Ensure compliance with applicable local and federal regulations, engage appropriately with regulatory agencies, follow company policies and support positive community relations
