About The Position

NOVO Health Services offers linen management solutions to the healthcare industry. NOVO Health keenly focuses on safety and infection control and provides its partner hospitals with a value-driven linen management control system that measures and monitors linen utilization by department to eliminate excess internal costs. NOVO's wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless, single source distribution system. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.

This is a P&L-owning, full-authority plant leadership role — not a caretaker position. You'll run the facility, build the leadership bench, and see the direct impact of your decisions on performance, people, and the bottom line. NOVO Health Services keeps hospitals running by keeping their linen supply moving. We're an essential part of the healthcare system — and growing fast. Requirements

• Led plant or production operations in a high-volume manufacturing, processing, or distribution environment (5+ years)
• Know how to read a P&L and aren't afraid to own it
• Bring Lean or continuous improvement chops to the table

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree in business or engineering is a plus
