The Plant Manager is a senior operations leader responsible for the overall performance of manufacturing and assembly operations, including production, quality, safety, maintenance, and financial results. This role translates corporate strategy into effective plant-level execution, ensuring electrical components and systems are assembled efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements. The Plant Manager directs and coordinates all aspects of plant operations, including production scheduling, materials management, equipment reliability, and workforce planning. They lead and develop a team of supervisors, managers, and assembly personnel to achieve key performance indicators related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is accountable for driving a culture of continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles, optimizing processes to eliminate waste, improving first-pass yield, and enhance on-time delivery performance. In partnership with corporate leadership, the Plant Manager supports Modular operations, contributes to strategic planning, and ensures alignment with long-term business objectives, including capacity expansion, technology adoption, and cost optimization.
