Plant Manager
About The Position
The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant. This position is responsible for maximizing capital and human resource utilization in attaining production quality objectives within established cost parameters. They are responsible for maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels as well as providing leadership to attain the site's operational and safety goals through the implementation of the Company's vision and strategy. The role operates Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but requires flexibility with hours and days to cover all shifts as the site operates 24/7. It also involves 5% travel. This position is eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
