Your role here In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, elevate production performance, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll be a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at optimizing processes, and is passionate about developing teams to reach their full potential. Your experience and background Experience leading manufacturing, production, or distribution teams. Strong skills in hiring, training, mentor, and performance management. Background handling production schedules, workflow, and staffing. Proven track record to meet performance goals along with safety and quality standards. Experience coordinating supervisors and production floor personnel. Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements. Strong problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis. Solid understanding of handling budgets and driving operational plans. Demonstrated ability to build positive team culture and maintain strong partner/customer relationships. Knowledge of safety regulations and dedication to a safe workplace. Strong communication skills for reporting and leadership updates.
