About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee our plating operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical or mechanical engineering and a proven track record in manufacturing management. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a manufacturing role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in ERP systems.

Nice To Haves

• Plating or metal finishing operation experience.
