We’re hiring a Plant Manager to lead our Franklin Park facility, a close-knit operation where leadership is hands-on and impact is immediate. Franklin Park is a smaller, high-energy forging environment where relationships matter. You’ll spend your time on the floor, working directly with the team and making real-time decisions that drive outcomes.

Requirements

• ~10+ years in manufacturing, including heavy manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results through others
• Experience with planning, continuous improvement, and operational metrics
• Financial and business acumen (P&L mindset)
• Comfortable working with engineers on technical challenges
• Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must be able to pass a 90-day head hair drug test today
