Requirements

Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience supervising in an automotive or logistics based industry.
Proficiency in working with operations manager, staff and functional departments.
Proficiency in working with customers and visitors.
Ability to effectively train, teach and coach salary and hourly team members.

Responsibilities

Meet company objectives with respect to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environment.
Direct, monitor, and accountable for the operating results of facility to ensure budget criteria, corporate policies and programs are achieved and customer requirements are met.
Responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to direct and indirect reports to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned Team Members.
Direct the development and implementation of internal procedures and controls required to ensure customer needs are achieved within budgetary goals.
Establish standardized customer KPI and other performance metrics and ensure these metrics are communicated with the customer on an agreed upon schedule.
