Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing management
- Ability to perform standard mathematic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing in a production environment
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
- Develop and monitor budgets, controlling expenses and driving cost reductions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to guarantee product excellence.
- Manage and lead production teams to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
