We are currently seeking a Plant Manager in Carrollton, TX in an onsite capacity. As Plant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our manufacturing facility, driving performance and shaping the future of the site. Your mission is to enable the plant to achieve “best in class” results in People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost, while aligning with our business objectives. This role requires strong business acumen and close collaboration with multi-site leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements

University degree in a technical field (advanced degree preferred).
10+ years of industrial experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role; experience in food and/or chemical process industries is a plus.
Proven leadership skills with strong collaboration and communication abilities.
Ability to quickly grasp technology and lead change initiatives effectively.
Experience driving cultural transformation and building high-performing teams.
Strong prioritization and strategic direction-setting capabilities, with a data-driven and action-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (preferred).
Fluent Spanish is highly preferred
Experience leading multi-functional teams in a global manufacturing environment.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
