About The Position

Ken’s Foods is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Las Vegas manufacturing operation. Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing, you will guide the people, processes, and systems that drive safe, efficient, high-quality production-from engineering and maintenance to packaging, warehousing, quality, sanitation, continuous improvement, and environmental health and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant food manufacturing experience.
  • Proven leadership across complex plant operations and multiple functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, TPM, continuous improvement, manufacturing execution systems, and warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading employee safety and food safety systems.
  • Working knowledge of SQF requirements and experience implementing and maintaining SQF Level III certification in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong business judgment, analytical ability, communication skills, and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all plant operations to achieve safety, quality, service, cost, and performance goals.
  • Build an engaged, respectful workplace where employees are supported, accountable, and focused on results.
  • Champion world-class manufacturing practices, including Lean, TPM, continuous improvement, MES, and warehouse management systems.
  • Direct engineering and maintenance to keep facilities and equipment reliable and ready to meet demand.
  • Guide processing and packaging operations to deliver quality products safely and at the lowest practical cost.
  • Oversee materials, scheduling, warehousing, and distribution to support efficient production and on-time customer delivery.
  • Strengthen food safety, product integrity, GMP compliance, sanitation, and SQF systems.
  • Create and sustain a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with corporate environmental health and safety programs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop managers across operations, quality, engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement, and EHS.
  • Partner with corporate leaders and Human Resources to advance company goals, core values, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.
