About The Position
We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual to join our team at Capital Rock. This role focuses on performing regular plant inspections and preventative maintenance, conducting plate repairs, and troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will prioritize production efficiency and operational safety, and will also perform welding and fabrication as needed, including splicing conveyor belts and replacing rollers, bearings, and other critical components.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in an aggregate quarry or heavy industrial setting required.
- Strong welding and fabrication skills.
- Knowledge of conveyor systems, bearings and mechanical repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production-focused team.
- RELIABLE, safety minded individual
