About The Position

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated and skilled Plant Maintenance Technician. This role involves supporting facility and plant operations by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across building systems and manufacturing equipment. The technician will contribute to operational continuity by applying working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Key aspects include reducing unplanned downtime through preventive maintenance, communicating equipment conditions, and maintaining a safe and reliable facility environment by following established procedures and escalating issues as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in plant, facility, or equipment maintenance, or a related technical role required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems and production-support equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Conducts preventive maintenance activities and communicates scheduled work to production teams to minimize operational disruption.
• Removes and replaces defective parts using appropriate hand tools, power tools, hoists, lifts, or material-handling equipment.
• Supports troubleshooting of equipment issues and escalates complex or non-routine problems to senior maintenance personnel.
• Maintains accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
• Inspects tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
• Supports inventory management by monitoring maintenance supplies, parts, and tools and reporting replenishment needs.
