About The Position
We are looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our Gainesville, Florida plant. As a Maintenance Technician with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will maintain equipment, perform mechanical repairs, and complete minor fabrication work.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1–year of experience maintaining equipment.
- Welding and fabrication experience.
- Good organizational and math skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance throughout the quarry and plant.
- Rebuilding parts of the stationary equipment, i.e., crushers, chutes, screens, etc.
- Welding, repair, and fabrication on equipment.
