About The Position
Join Webb Chemical and play a key role in keeping our facility running safely and efficiently. We're looking for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment, utilities, buildings, and grounds.
Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance, electrical, plumbing, construction, millwright, or related experience preferred
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Self-starter with a safety-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and utility systems
- Support facility and equipment reliability initiatives
- Coordinate maintenance projects and improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
