About The Position

The Plant Maintenance Mechanic performs routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, troubleshoots and diagnoses mechanical issues, and helps ensure safe, reliable plant operations. The role requires maintaining accurate maintenance records and collaborating with team members to optimize plant operations. This is a night-shift role in the Aggregates line of business.

The work takes place primarily around moving mechanical equipment and may involve inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise. Physical demands include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching; working at heights and in confined spaces; and using personal protective equipment as required.

Employment is contingent on completing a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Some positions require ongoing FMCSA-regulated drug and alcohol testing.
