About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to ensure optimal plant operations. Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to ensure optimal plant operations.
Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Benefits

$24.50 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour differential for second shift
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
