In the role of Plant Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities at our facility, ensuring that equipment is operating efficiently and safely. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, developing maintenance strategies that enhance reliability and reduce downtime. Additionally, you will manage budgets, procurement of parts, and vendor relationships. Requirements
- Experienced in plant maintenance management, preferably in water or wastewater treatment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Ideally qualifications in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Project management experience is a plus
- Certifications in maintenance management or engineering are advantageous
