About The Position

Toledo Ice Cream has an immediate job opening for a General Maintenance Worker responsible for lubricating machinery and performing preventive maintenance on equipment and tools. Toledo Ice Cream is a farmer-owned brand of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), a dairy marketing cooperative owned by more than 12,500 family farmers. DFA manufactures a variety of dairy products, including cheese, butter, fluid milk, ice cream, dairy ingredients and more, under well-known and established regional brands. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
At least 1 year of related experience with production machinery, whether acquired in-company or elsewhere, highly preferred.
Thorough understanding of machines and tools being used.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to wear safety shoes, hearing protection, respirators, face shields, and additional personal protective equipment.
