CBM Aggregates is seeking a Plant/Loader Operator to join their team in Woodville. This is a permanent full-time position. Requirements

Motivated with a willingness to learn.
Able to learn on-the-job and receive regular training.
Reliable and punctual.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work 11-hour shifts – current hours are 6am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
At least 18 years of age.
Must possess valid Ontario drivers’ license.
Must have reliable transportation to the location (not accessible by public transit).
OSSGD or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead and foster our safety culture by performing pre-use inspections, hazard and near miss reports, and committing to working safely always.
Operate heavy equipment (loader, skid steer etc.), various hand tools, and other types of machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Training is provided!
Perform maintenance on plant equipment as needed, including changing screens, greasing, moving equipment etc.
Demonstrate teamwork and positive attitude.
Other duties as assigned.
