About The Position

  • Strong negotiation skills across real estate, contracts, and public incentives.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, EHS, legal, finance).
  • Bias for action with a results-first mindset and intolerance for missed commitments.
  • Clear, direct communicator capable of influencing senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, operations, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, capital projects, or manufacturing expansion.
  • Experience in site selection, facility development, or large-scale industrial projects.
