About The Position

The Plant IV Final Finish Production Supervisor will direct activities of both hourly and salary parity personnel to reach and maintain a high level of quality, schedule attainment, efficiency, maintenance, adherence to environmental policy, housekeeping and safety. This role is responsible for all training, discipline, and scheduling overtime and vacations for all final finish employees. The supervisor will ensure that warehoused product meets all customer requirements and direct activities of employees to maintain quality, quantity, and safety. Responsibilities include employee training reviews, HRD implementation, and performing required paperwork such as WHIP inventory, rework, production, and reviews. The supervisor will conduct safety meetings at the beginning of each shift, facilitate BT1 meetings, and ensure a safe working environment. They will attend daily shift hand-off meetings, be responsible for entering work orders and creating routing plans, and perform other duties as directed by the Department Manager and Lead Supervisor. Ensuring all ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements are implemented and monitored is also a key function. Note: This role may not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or 2 years experience required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

  • Previous manufacturing supervision experience.
