About The Position

The Plant IT Manager at KCAP is responsible for all IT applications and services
on-site, including planning, implementation and support of all IT systems and
physical infrastructure. This position requires a solid working knowledge of
Windows server, Server hardware support, Windows Client support, Help desk,
Cisco Network support, project management and superb people skills. KCAP runs a
multiple-shift operation, with two plants running a multi-crew (24x7) building a
variety of products. KCAP is home of the Ford F150, and Ford Transit. KCAP is
the one of the most complex plants in Ford Motor Company consisting of two
discreet assembly plants and a stamping plant.
The demanding and highly visible
position requires strong leadership and technical skills, off-hour, weekend, and
holiday coverage as required by the business needs.
