Plant Installer and Delivery Driver
About The Position
Plant Installers and Delivery Drivers play a vital role in upholding the core values of Family Tree Nursery by fostering teamwork, demonstrating professionalism, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a proactive and positive attitude, and the ability to represent the company with integrity during off-site assignments. Plant Installers and Delivery Drivers work collaboratively with team members to support various departments by assisting with deliveries, plant installations, and loading and unloading trucks. Flexibility is key, as responsibilities may include tasks outside of the ordinary or supporting other departments as needed. Requirements
- Be 18+ years of age.
- Possess and maintain a clean driving record.
- Be able to pass a USDOT physical in order to drive.

Responsibilities
- Assist with deliveries, plant installations, and loading and unloading trucks.
- Support various departments as needed.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Drive large trucks and trailers effectively and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and job site.
- Manage, organize, and keep all tools in working order provided by the location.
- Operate skid steer and dingo.
- Answer phone calls.
- Unload and load trucks, hard goods, customer deliveries, etc.
- Perform various other duties as assigned by store leadership.
